What songs are real sad to you? Here are mine... well, it's just the name, but they're all real effective if you actually listen to them. ^^'
"Dante's Prayer" by Loreena McKennitt "The Highwayman" by Loreena McKennitt (quite possibly the only song that can make me cry nearly every time I hear it) "Don't Fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult
And a bunch of Enya songs I can't freakin' remember the name to right now. >_>;

Id have to say... Fly me to the Moon. Its not as much sad as it is....Emotional. At least when Utada Hikaru sings it.....but thats just my opinion. Oh and I got nifty new Headphones that are really good quality

My Immortal - Evanescence.... too true.. for me at least...
I'm so tired of being here... Supressed by all my childhood fears... If you have to leave... I wish that you would just leave... 'cuz your presence still lingers here... And it won't leave me alone.. These wounds won't seem to heal.. This pain is just too real... There's just to much that time cannot erase...
Fields of Innocence - Evanescence...
....another true one...
I still remember the world, From the eyes of a child, Slowly those feaelings were clouded by what I know now, Where has my heart gone? An uneven trade for the real world, Oh, I, I want to go back to, Believeing in everything and knowing nothing at all....
Even in Death - Evanescence
...it's pretty...
Give me a reason to believe that you're gone, I see your shadow so I know, They're all wrong, Moonlight on the soft brown earth, It leads me to where you lay, They took you away from me, but now I'm taking you home... I'll stay forever here with you, My love, The softly spoken words you gave me, Even in death our love goes on...
.....then there's Hikari.... From Kingdom Hearts, you all know that...

Although they're upbeat-ish, I thought Dam Dariram and Moonlight Shadow were kind of saaaaad. "Live and Learn" from Sonic Adventure 2 was sad, too.

Uhm, because they have much more musical sense then us. And because it was in an anime, so why not?
And its not ruined, she does a good job of it....

Dixie Chicks - "Traveling Soldier".
I DARE you to listen to it and not get a LITTLE depressed over it.

Mostly, mine are the ones that make me think of friends that I miss.
Good Riddance by Green Day for example. There are a few others I could name if I could remember them, but I can't.
Don't Fear the Reaper is a great song, one of my favorites. But it really doesn't make me that sad, because in the end they ended up together. Hoorah!
